We have all heard the phrase and we all try to make it a reality. However, it can be hard to do in practice. One of the pitfalls is that being busy is not the same as being productive. The opposite is also true, we can be productive, while not being busy. This is easy to demonstrate, if someone answers your phone for you, you can be doing something else, whilst the phone is answered.
Now consider, that we only make money and thrive in business, when we are adding value. That is doing something that is valuable to someone else.
So, the ideal situation, is for me, or you, to be playing golf, relaxing by the pool, or hiking in the mountains, while adding value. What we need, is a way of maximizing our time, expending the minimum effort, for the maximum return. That is automation, working for you.
If you would like to see how this can be achieved, then come to the Work Smarter, Not Harder talk and learn how, it will include some key takeaways, that can be implemented in your business straight away, with tools you probably already have.
